East Orlando Animal Hospital opened its doors in 1979. The hospital was designed and built to bring quality medicine and surgery to pets. From the original 2200 square foot facility, the hospital has expanded twice in order to keep up with our growing client base and their pets. We have finally outgrown those walls and have built a brand new, beautiful 10,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility just down the road to better serve our clients and patients.
Our new hospital was designed with the needs of our clients and patients in mind. Starting in our waiting room, we wanted to be able to accommodate both our doggy and kitty visitors, as well as our other furry friends, by creating two separate waiting areas. We have also doubled the amount of exam rooms in order to accommodate our clientele and their pets.
We have also made many behind-the-scenes improvements and upgrades as well starting with the installation of digital radiology. Our treatment area is the central hub of the hospital. We have been able to create this large open area to house our several new cages and tables which also enables our technicians to watch over their patients constantly throughout the day.
Our fully air conditioned boarding area is brand new and improved as well. We now offer two different types of runs for dogs, as well as cages. For our feline friends, we have created "Cat Condos," which are multi-level vertical houses for cats to play and move around in. There is a large window to the outside, as well as a large window into the waiting room to help entertain our guests.
The grooming department has not been left out in this expansion by any means. We can now accommodate five groomers and many more pets with all of the cages that have been installed. We are open 7 days a week for grooming, so please call for an appointment or free groom consultation today!
