New clients must pay 50% of the boarding fee when dropping off a pet. Please be advised that we may require a deposit equal to the amount of one night's boarding if your reservation falls over the following holidays: New Year's, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Please contact the office regarding this deposit. You will receive a confirmation once your reservation has been made. Please allow 24 business hours for this confirmation. Your reservation is not complete until you receive this confirmation. Thank you.
To demonstrate our commitment to patient care and comfort, East Orlando Animal Hospital takes the unusual step of adding an extra walk for our boarding guests. This increases their level of comfort and decreases stress.
All our boarding guests are fed Iams Intestinal pet food. This is a bland prescription food that is easily digested. Our feline guests are fed Iams Adult cat food. If your pet is on a special diet, don't forget to include a supply when you drop him or her off at the hospital.
Due to the popularity of our boarding facility, early reservations are strongly recommended. During school vacations and throughout the summer months, please make your reservations a month or two in advance.
