At EOAH, we enjoy giving back to the animal community and are proud to support several local rescue groups.

Suncoast Basset Rescue

Suncoast Basset Rescue is committed to rescuing abandoned basset hounds found in shelters, pounds, animal control or even on the streets. They take these orphaned hounds in and provide the love and health care they deserve. Once they are ready, Suncoast matches bassets with their forever home so they can continue to live a safe and loving life. To learn more about available bassets, please visit www.suncoastbassetrescue.org

Senior Houndsabound

Senior Houndsabound is an organization dedicated to helping senior beagles and bassets over the age of 7. Unfortunately, many senior dogs are abandoned by their owners when they are too old or sick to take care of anymore. Senior Houndsabound ensures that these hounds live their lives out in a safe, happy, healthy and peaceful environment. To learn more, please visit www.seniorhoundsabound.org

Poodle and Pooch Rescue

Poodle and Pooch Rescue is a 501(c)3 non profit organization that saves dogs that truly need help. PPR rescues the “leftovers” from animal control, the dogs nobody wants because they’re older or suffer from neglect, abuse or have a medical need. Their “last” day becomes the first day of their new life. EOAH provides each pooch with the veterinary care they need, PPR then finds a foster family that cares for them and when they’re ready, they’re adopted to a family who cherishes them. Poodle and Pooch is an all-volunteer organization so your tax-deductible donation goes directly to help the dogs. They have saved over 3,000 dogs since 2008. If you’d like to help them save even more, visit their site and meet the dogs that you can save by sponsoring, fostering or adopting http://poodleandpoochrescue.org/
