Emily’s love for working with animals started back in high school, when she worked as a vet and kennel technician in her hometown of Boca Raton, FL. After working closely with a groomer at a vet, she fell in love with the technique and skill sets and since then has aspired to work in the grooming industry. She then began working for a corporate grooming salon, where she also received her training.
Emily has over 10 years of professional experience working with animals and has been professionally grooming for 3 of those years. Emily’s grooming experience is also versatile, as she is both a dog and cat groomer! She loves doing breed-specific cuts, poodles, and de-sheds. Emily hopes to further educate herself in creative grooming and is interested in competitive grooming in the future. She is an avid Disney enthusiast, nature explorer, and a novice at crocheting. When she is not grooming, she enjoys spending time with her fiancée, their Pitbull mix and 5 cats.
