Dr. Carlos Rossetti has spent over 30 years dedicated to advancing veterinary care, building professional communities, and providing compassionate, high-quality service to animals and their families.
Dr. Carlos Rossetti
Dr. Carlos Rossetti is a licensed veterinarian in the state of Florida with over three decades of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and veterinary leadership. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree in Perugia, Italy, in 1991, followed by a Ph.D. in Clinical Pathology of Small Animals from the University of Bologna in 2002. From 1992 to 2008, he co-owned CVS Animal Hospital in Savona, Italy, and helped establish the Mutual Aid Veterinary Association (AVEMUS), a professional network designed to support fellow veterinarians.
Since relocating to Central Florida, Dr. Rossetti has been deeply involved in both clinical and academic settings. He has taught Anatomy and Physiology, Human Biology, and General Biology at Valencia College since 2014 and served as Veterinary Assisting Program Manager at Southern Technical College from 2017 to 2021. From 2022 to 2025, he worked extensively in the Apopka area, strengthening community ties and continuing his commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
Dr. Rossetti has lectured at veterinary conferences across the U.S. and internationally. Fluent in five languages and culturally attuned, he brings warmth and empathy to every interaction with clients and colleagues. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling, exploring nature, and spending time with family and friends from around the world.
