Katie Dickenson — Hospital Admistrator

Born in Farming Hills, MI, Katie always had a strong love and passion for animals. She joing the team in 2003 because she felt that East Orlando Animal Hospital truly provided the type of care she believed in. Katie earned a BS in Communicative Disorders from the University of Central Florida and oversee all aspects of EOAH – including strategic and financial planning, marketing, human resources and day-to-day operations.

Katie has been married since 2004 and has three beautiful children. The family shares a home with 3 rescue dogs, Charlie, Faye and Maya, as well as 3 hamsters, a Russian tortoise and a fish. As busy life permits, she enjoy participating in community events like Race for the Cure, the Wiggle Waggle Dog Walk, A night to Shine and other various events around the community.

Jossette Ramos — Animal Care Supervisor

Born in Orlando, FL, Jossette’s journey began in 2012 as an intern at EOAH. As her passion for the animal industry grew, she found East Orlando Animal Hospital to be her home. Jossette earned her Bachelors in Health Services Administration at the University of Central Florida and is currently working on her MHSA. Jossette is in charge of all aspects of animal care pertaining to daycare, boarding, and proper animal restraint.

Jossette lives at home with her family and her four fur babies, Elvis, Zeus, Apollo, and Goliath. When Jossette is not studying, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling around the world, and trying new up and coming restaurants and foods.

Shanice Gordon – Client Care Supervisor

Born and raised in Kingston Jamaica, Shanice now calls Florida home. Her journey started with EOAH in 2018 as an animal care technician. She quickly realized that East Orlando Animal Hospital was the place she wanted to lay down roots and make a difference by helping educate others about their pets. Shanice earned her Associates of Art in Science at Broward College and is now in charge of the client care department including client education and client relations.

Shanice lives at home with her family, two fur babies Tyga and Bear and an African ball python named Hennessey. When Shanice is not overseeing the receptionist team, she is taking road trips to visit her parents in Fort Lauderdale or interesting cities in Florida.
